Getting to him is the fight: he's in the corner of a cramped room full of adds. Clear the room, kill the Wailing Guardsman first and kick his Holy Light.

He's in the left corner of a small room full of adds. Clear as much of it as you can before you pull him.
Everyone
Kill the Wailing Guardsman first
He always comes with a Haunted Servitor and a Wailing Guardsman. The Guardsman has a nasty AOE silence that can wipe you if it lands on the healer, so he dies first. If you can, have an off-tank hold him away from the group.

Holy Light
He heals himself with Holy Light. Kick it when you can.
