He sits in the Twilight's Hammer sanctum. Pull his cultists back around the wall first, kick Mind Blast, and have casters hold him through his 7 second sleep. Once he's dead, light the four braziers one at a time.
Phase 1: Kelris
Pull the cultists back
He's surrounded by Twilight's Hammer mobs. Break line of sight at the wall by the sanctum entrance and pull them back to you first.
Mind Blast
Kick it.
Sleep
Everyone in his melee range sleeps for 7 seconds. Casters and healers, be ready to tank him for a few seconds, and the tank taunts him back the second they wake.
Phase 2: The braziers
Light one brazier at a time
After Kelris, light the four braziers around the giant brazier to open the door. Each one summons a wave: top left 4 Barbed Crustaceans, top right 10 Murkshallow Softshells, bottom left 3 Aku'mai Snapjaws, bottom right 2 Aku'mai Servants.
